Where it is cheaper to buy Nikon D800 at Bangkok or Abu Dhabi airport?
Q. Will be in Bangkok via Abu Dhabi airports this summer and wanted to buy Nikon D800. I on the way we will have a stop over in Abu Dhabi, I am not sure whether I should buy the camera there or wait until we get to Bangkok.
A. Be aware that when you return to your country of origin you may end up having to pay import taxes on your new purchase. This will probably mean you end up paying more than you would in your country of origin, and don't even have the peace of mind of having a warranty that you can use at home!
